Monika Golinska Golinska, Law graduate in the University of Alcalá and with two years of studies in Economy in the Rey Juan Carlos University, has built a solid academic basis in her past. Regarding her education path, we can highlight her master’s degree in advocacy in the University of Alcalá, as well as her double master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Law in new technologies, both obtained at UNIR,

thus marking her transition to a present day full of legal challenges and academic achievements. Monika did not stop her training, due to her longing for excellency, which lead her to a successful career as a lawyer from 2017 onwards. Additionally, she stands out as mediator, having obtained a certificate in the Mediation Institute of the Alcalá de Henares Bar Association in 2020.

The diversity and extent of her professional career is evidenced by her participation as duty counsel in the Alcalá de Henares Bar Association from 2018 onwards, specialising in the Civil Law and Criminal Law fields.

Monika has stood out as a specialist in Data Protection Law, Family Law and Immigration Law, with a successful record in solving legal problems. Furthermore, she has in-depth knowledge in the fields of Criminal Law, Labour Law and Public Law, with a focus on Immigration Law.

Her skills have been forged throughout the years as she perfected her abilities in intercultural communication that allow her to give legal advice in Spanish, English and Polish  at professional level.

In addition, she has proven to have an exceptional ability for successfully analysing legislation and legal procedures in various languages and jurisdictions. From her very first steps in advocacy, Monika has practiced Law autonomously and she currently holds the position of Senior Lawyer at the prestigious law firm Fechenbach Asociados, consolidating her presence in the legal world in Madrid and contributing to the expansion of its legal services. Her career has become an example of dedication, specialisation and commitment in the field of advocacy in Madrid and Spain.
